90s - 30 Character Challenge - 6 of 30 Complete

WHO THIS IS: This is the pilot for the Shogun boss in Sector Y on the Starfox 64 game. I named him Nigel because I thought that name was cool.

WHY PICK THIS CHARACTER: His quotes are fun and memorable. Plus, there wasn't much fanart of the 64 bosses that I saw, but that's okay.

This is also my first attempt on trying to create highlights for the clothing. For my first time, I think it looks neat.
