WHO THIS IS: He's a cyborg from an infamous violent 90s OVA called Genocyber. The first episode was consistent, but the other 4 OVAs weren't really interesting to be honest. His name is revealed in the English dub of the anime.
WHY PICK THIS CHARACTER: Because unlike the other two cyborgs, his cyborg form was never revealed. So, not only was this an opportunity to imagine what his cyborg form would be like, but to also try making my first cyborg.
